We, at SINCLUS, believe that few years down the line every organization in the world, be it small, medium or large, will be technology enabled and will have best practices from all over the world incorporated in their business processes. The only thing which will set apart successful organizations from un-successful ones will be the Human Resources of the organization, who can effectively and efficiently utilize those systems and processes to achieve their business goals.

We take great pleasure in introducing SINCLUS as a Recruitment Service Provider from India. SINCLUS was established in 1990 as a proprietary venture and subsequently converted into a private limited company in 1995. As on date, we are proud of servicing some of the world’s major conglomerates like Kent Group, Bechtel, Fluor, Petrofac, Willbros Inc. and Tecnimont ICB etc.

These are times of global economic boom never seen before. It has brought prosperity to many regions of the world especially Middle East. But this has brought a new set of challenges for the companies contributing to this boom. One major challenge is to find the right kind of manpower at the right time and at the right cost. There is a big mismatch between the demand and supply of qualified, skilled, semiskilled, unskilled and experienced manpower affecting the project cost and deadlines.

India is well known for quality of education and being at the center of economic boom is going through lot of development across all sectors thus arming the prospective candidates with right kind of experience.

With the experience of more than a decade and a half behind us, we have been providing efficient, timely cost effective service to major/recognized clients in the Oil & Gas, Building, Infrastructure, Power, Hospitality, IT and BFSI sectors and have been successfully supplying technical and administrative manpower.
