The short-listed CVs are sent to the clients for further short-listing and interviews arranged as per mutually agreed schedule.

In parallel the correctness of the documents of the short-listed candidates are checked and verified, after which the documents of the selected candidates are collected and awaited for visas and mobilization schedule.

On receiving the visa, immigration and medical formalities are completed and candidates are mobilized on the earliest possible date.
